Family Centre
The Family Centre is a family resource centre for parents, grandparents and caregivers to come with their children (0 - 6 years of age). The centre provides opportunities for both children and their parents to play, learn and grow together. All programs are FREE of charge and open to all families.
Children will have fun learning skills that will assist them in their academic, social and physical development. Adults can pick up helpful information regarding child development and positive parenting along with community resource information.
"Stay & Play" programs are offered during the mornings and afternoons each week. The calendar is posted in the Family Centre and on the École Julie Riel website for specific program times and dates.
Funding for the Family Centre is provided by Healthy Child Manitoba and the Louis Riel School Division, as well as other community organizations.
