At Highbury School, our school plan is generated through a cyclical process that occurs each year. Our goal is to build a stronger learning community for students and professional staff. Therefore, our school plans evolve throughout the year and guide planning and learning over multiple years. Our 2019-2020 school plan aligns with Louis Riel School Division
Our School Plan is developed using the principles of the Circle of Courage. The four quadrants (Belonging, Mastery, Independence, and Generosity) represent essential components of a healthy and well-rounded education.
